Workshop 11 host Fjord prepared a special activity to recap and analyze collaboration and communication within the project consortium.

After four years of project, it was time to sit down and reflect on the path, the achievements, the challenges, what worked, what didn’t, and what could have worked better for each partner, individual, and specialty groups that composed Light.Touch.Matters. At Fjord they are used to conduct a post-project review at the end of each project. They developed a four hours workshop which takes the project team on a sailing trip along the project, for everyone to reflect and analyze his work as an individual and as a group. As there was reduces time to conduct LTM post-project review, and taking into account the large amount of participant, Fjord adapted the exercises of the workshop to be able to grab the maximum insights possible in the given conditions.

The activity revealed itself as a very well working tool, the consortium highly recommend to integrate in other projects, especially involving such a broad range of professions as in LTM consortium.
